Our small group training classes help motivate through team camaraderie, energy and personal guidance from amazing trainers. Working in a small group is not only fun, but you won’t get lost in the crowd.

RF45

Developed by an exercise physiologist, RF45 is the fastest, most effective workout to achieve noticeable results. Every workout is designed to increase strength, build stamina and burn body fat.

Boxing

Utilizes the basics and fundamentals of a boxers workout to strengthen your arms, legs back and core. Each workout is empowering and fun.

TRAINING

1-1 Personal Training

Our Personal Training Program provides you with premium one-on-one time with a certified Personal Trainer that will help you achieve results faster with personalized fitness plans that are tailored to your specific needs and fitness goals.

    You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. You don’t have to be perfect, but you have to be consistent.

  4. What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not at work?

    I stay busy when I’m not at work! I love to run, craft, bicycle, hike, hunt, fish, and shoot trap and skeet.

  5. Why did you get into the Fitness Industry?

    In trying to get healthy myself, I gained a love for helping others with similar goals.

  6. Who inspires you?

    My husband- he’s the best person I know.

  7. Is there anything else you’d like to share?

    Through a lot of hard work, I’ve learned that our bodies are far more capable than we think. No matter where you start, you can get stronger and healthier.

    Jesus Christ my life is His and He gets the glory for anything and everything I have and will do while I am in this Earth

    The Lord created each of us in a very detailed meticulous way, my goal is to help each woman see how fearfully and wonderfully they are made while helping them feel confident in the body He gave them.

    Make it a lifestyle. Fitness and healthy eating should be 80/20. Live and cheat 20% of the time so you still enjoy life!

    I love spending time with my 3 boys and watching them play sports!

    My hobby became my passion, so I followed my dream to do what I love for a career.

I Love Coming to this Gym!

This Gym is the Friendliest!

Results Fitness for Women is a Fantastic Gym.  There are many options of class styles as well as different trainers, so you never do the same workout twice.  The people I work out with, the trainers and the staff are all always supportive & motivating to be around.  “This gym is the Friendliest”.  Childcare area is always super clean.  My 2 year old loves coming to the gym with me because she gets to play with her friends.  I am so happy with this gym.  Taking steps forward in my fitness goals surrounded by the Best!!

Classes are Amazing!

I joined Results after a friend gave me a 3 day pass.  My daughter loved the childcare, so she would beg me to go to the gym.   I started taking classes.  The classes are Amazing!  The trainers energy make you want to push through the burn.   I have noticed all of the women here encourage and uplift everyone around them.  The front staff is great and keep me motivated.  Since I have started, my anxiety has greatly decreased and my energy level is up.  I have found a sense of community.
