Personal Training

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

What you get:

  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Progressive programs for any age, body type and level of fitness
  • Personalized workouts which incorporate aspects you enjoy, such as yoga, sports conditioning, and/or balance
  • Decrease risk of injury, increase loss of body fat, improve strength, stability and daily performance
  • Progress tracking and monthly cardiovascular and strength assessments
  • Results in a fun, motivating, accountable and driven atmosphere

Small Team

Training Class

(2– 4 People)

SMALL TEAM TRAINING

What you get:

  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Unlimited monthly access
  • Class size is limited to 3-4 members
  • Utilize functional, strength, and metabolic training in one class
  • Improve flexibility, balance, joint health and endurance
  • Progress tracking and monthly cardiovascular and strength assessments

Large Team

(Up to 12 People)

LARGE TEAM TRAINING

  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Unlimited monthly access
  • Class size is up to 12 members
  • High energy, motivating music
  • Enjoy a progressive and changing class each time
