CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

Straight Up Step

Tone up your legs and booty by moving up, over and around the step. Developed as a way to get a high intensity yet low impact workout, this class will improve your coordination by learning choreographed routines that make the hour fly by!

Step & Pump

An interval class that mixes step aerobics and strength training in one incredible workout.

Triple Threat

Three dynamite formats packed into one intense class! If you are somebody that likes variety, it will be a combination of strength, cardio and core – but every week will be a surprise!

Cardio Mix

Blast of cardio fitness for aerobic and anaerobic threshold every time so come prepared to get your cardio on!

Rock the Top

30 min class creating sleek definition in your upper body. Be proud to show off your arms, back, and shoulders!

Rock the Bottom

This 30 minute format to toned thighs and a lifted booty are just some of the benefits!

Pure Strength

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. Use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body – no muscle gets neglected!

Ride & Rip

Ride the bike and get ‘ripped’ in one workout – intervals of cycling and off the bike exercises will help you get the most bang for your buck.

Muscle Max

Bring the weight room to the studio! A strength training class that uses barbells and your own body weight to maximize your strength and define the muscles of your body.

Zumba

Dance class combines high energy and motivating music. Unique moves and combinations will make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor.

Yoga Chisel

Class focuses on strength, power and flexibility. A practice using light hand weights, ball, barre, etc.
